Backup and Restore
How often do you ePROMIS backup files?
Since we use cloud technologies, we back up data in real-time. All backups are sent to an additional data center (with a different time zone) to increase protection and disaster recovery. Also, there is no extra charge for backups.
What happens to the data after my subscription gets over?
Once your subscription is over, all your data is stored for 30 days. Post which, we delete the files from our infrastructure and platform. However, if you re-subscribe to ePROMIS FutureGen Enterprise Platform within 30 days, all your data will be restored.
What happens to my data in the case of a natural disaster?
We have multiple data centers across the globe. In the event of a natural disaster where a data center holding your business information is hosted is completely shut down, we quickly switch to another one to resume your business operations.
